If your having second thoughts on getting this, GET IT! At 20 weeks pregnant I have been having alot of back pain due to no pillow support. I've had this for about 3 weeks and I've been having a better night sleep and feel more relief on my back and belly. You honestly can go without the full body attachment. Would definitely recommend you purchasing the Bub's Maternity pillow.
